Vegetarian Pizza


250g of flour
125ml of water
1 sachet of yeast
200g of tomato sauce
300g of grated cheese
1 generous squeeze of Aroma One Organic Basil purée


Pre-heat the oven to 200°-220°C. Put the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl and mix with enough water to form a light dough. Transfer to a covered bowl and leave to prove for an hour.
Next, roll out the dough and spread with tomato sauce using a spoon or a brush. Squeeze with grated cheese and Aroma One Organic Basil purée. Cook for 20 minutes.
